Welcome to International Scuba Center's website. We have a passion for diving and love sharing it with others. ISC has been serving the Tri Cities almost continuously since the early eighties. We are the only facility in upper East Tennessee that has an instructor trainer / evaluator on site which allows us to provide certification from beginner through dive instructor. 

International Diving Educators Association has named International Scuba Center (ISC) as one of the top instructor training facilities in the nation. As such ISC will now be acknowledged as an Instructor College - one of only seven in the country so designated.
