International Scuba Center is a certifying agency for Public Safety Diving Association & Water Rescue, Inc. (PSDA) the largest public safety diving and water rescue organization worldwide.

This is not a specialty course, requires continuing education, and is available only to professional, reserve, and volunteer dive & rescue teams and their members. Group and individual membership is available.

Some scholarships are available for training to members of public safety departments including law enforcement, rescue and firefighters, both full time and volunteer.

Courses available include :

•  Public Safety Diver Level I, II, III, & IV
  
•  Public Safety Rescue Swimmer I & II

Prerequisites for the courses are a minimum of Advanced Open Water certification but training is available through PSDA from Basic Open Water through Advanced to meet the requirements.
